Job summary

Power Home Remodeling seeks a Service Technician to diagnose installation issues for windows, doors, siding, roofing and gutters, with a strong field focus and minimal supervision.

Qualified candidates have 2–4 years in home remodeling, a High School Diploma, OSHA 10, and RRP Lead Renovator Certification (or will obtain after hire). The role offers hourly pay and benefits, with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Require High School Diploma and 2–4 years of related work experience.
• OSHA 10 and RRP Lead Renovator Certification are required or will be received after employment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose installation issues and assess viable solutions.
• Draft fixed timelines to resolve, replace, or repair.
• Prepare equipment and/or materials for scheduled appointments.
• Review customer details and requirements prior to service.
• Perform services efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
• Maintain communication for issue escalation and resolution.
