Glory Global in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment in the field. You will troubleshoot, install, and maintain units at customer sites, manage parts and tools, and ensure uptime for clients.

The role is Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm, with a 10% second-shift differential. Comprehensive benefits and a 401k are offered. Actual pay reflects experience and location.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage all aspects of customer service and care with our clients
• Independently troubleshoot and repair a variety of high-speed cash-handling equipment
• Track and manage parts/tools
• Stay abreast of changes in technical and functional elements of GLORY equipment
