Job summary

Komatsu is seeking a National Field Service Technician to assemble and service heavy mining equipment on-site across the West and Southwest, traveling extensively to locations such as Arizona, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, California and more.

You will perform field mechanical maintenance, welding, and field machining, while upholding safety standards and regulatory requirements. AWS D1.1 certification with FCAW weld test is required; MSHA training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Welding experience with FCAW is desired.
• Hands-on field service in heavy industrial environments.
• Rigging training is a plus.
• MSHA training to ensure mining safety compliance preferred.
