Aggregate Resource Industries, Inc. (ARI) seeks experienced Field Mechanics for the Field Service Team on a weekend schedule (Friday–Sunday). The role involves diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment in the field, with travel required to various field locations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Diesel Technology or closely related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of directly related experience in heavy equipment repair.
• CDL strongly preferred or willingness to obtain CDL after hire.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to perform maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment in the field.
• Interact professionally with customers and support personnel to troubleshoot and address repair needs.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic system issues.
• Perform repairs or component replacements, including engines, transmissions, and hydraulics.
• Document service reports, parts lists, and timekeeping accurately.
