Job summary

Rudd Equipment Company, Inc. is seeking motivated Service Technicians to diagnose issues and perform standard repairs on heavy equipment in shop and field settings across customer sites. You will work with hydraulic, electrical, drive-train, and pneumatic systems while upholding safety standards and our company values.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and drive-train systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, drive-train, and AC systems.
• Welding and fabrication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
• Understanding of equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment in field or shop.
• Source and order parts as needed.
• Perform welding and fabrication as required.
• Ensure safety and DOT compliance.
• Travel and overnight stays as needed.
