Job summary

Kenny Seng Construction, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair fleet vehicles and heavy construction equipment at job sites.

Experience in diesel mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical systems is preferred; local field travel is required. Essential duties include servicing trucks and earthmoving equipment, diagnosing electrical/pneumatic issues, and coordinating repairs with cost estimates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license; Class B CDL required; Class A a plus.
• 1 year mechanical knowledge or heavy equipment repair preferred.
• Experience with diesel, hydraulic, and electrical systems is valued.

Responsibilities

• Service fleet trucks and heavy earthmoving equipment.
• Operate tools for shop and field repairs.
• Work in a team to meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot electrical assemblies and pneumatic systems.
• Repair or replace heavy equipment components and transmissions.
• Prepare cost estimates and communicate findings clearly in English.
• Assist in shop fabrication, welding, and assembly tasks.
• Locate and requisition parts for fleet repairs.
