Engineered Corrosion Solutions, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers in the Greater Chicago Area. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and complete equipment start-ups and commissioning while communicating clearly with customers and the Customer Support Manager.

You will travel 75–80% of the time, work with a laptop/tablet for documentation, and log activities in Salesforce.

Qualifications

This is a non-exempt position and pay is subject to overtime based on hours worked.**About the Role**We are looking for a Field Service Technician to support customers through equipment start-ups, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work. You will also support customers virtually and help ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and building trust with customers.
