Job summary

Accel Entertainment is seeking field technicians to maintain and repair gaming devices, ATMs, and amusement equipment across bars, restaurants, gas stations, and other venues in Chicago and surrounding suburbs. You will also load supplies, assist in various departments, and respond to service calls with a focus on excellent customer service.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Terminal Handler's License (company pays costs).
• Relevant experience preferred but not required; ATM, gaming or electronic/mechanical aptitude helpful.
• Ability to communicate effectively & follow written or verbal instructions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair gaming devices, ATMs, amusement equipment, and redemption devices.
• Load and unload supplies as needed.
• Assist in other areas as required by operations.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly.
• Interact with clerks, staff, management, and customers to resolve issues.
• Complete documentation for device entries and logs; conduct audits on machines and ATMs.
