Job summary

Accel Entertainment, Inc. seeks field technicians to maintain and repair gaming devices, ATMs, amusement equipment, and redemption devices at bars, restaurants, gas stations, and other locations across Chicago and surrounding suburbs.

You will travel to sites, load/unload supplies, report issues, and provide reliable customer service. Training is provided; 40 hours per week, with overnights and weekends possible.

Qualifications

• Experience with ATM, amusement, gaming or similar electronic/mechanical aptitude is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow written or verbal instructions.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Valid driver’s license is required and minimum age is 21.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair gaming devices, ATMs, amusement equipment and redemption devices.
• Load and unload supplies and assist in other areas as needed.
• Respond to and troubleshoot service calls in a timely manner.
• Interact with clerks, restaurant staff, management and customers to resolve issues.
• Provide exemplary customer service and document activities.
