Job summary

Accel Entertainment, Inc. in Burr Ridge, IL seeks field-service Technicians to maintain and repair gaming devices, ATMs, amusement equipment, and redemption devices across bars, restaurants, gas stations, and other sites. 40 hours/week with overnights and weekends.

Base pay range $18-$30/hour, shift differentials, company vehicle with fuel card, and comprehensive benefits. Prior ATM or gaming experience preferred but not required; valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic/gaming devices.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and troubleshoot service calls for equipment repairs in a timely manner.
• Interact with clerks, restaurant staff, management, and customers to solve issues as they arise.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Manage inventory to ensure parts are available when repairs are needed.
• Complete all necessary documentation for device entry and logs.
• Perform auditing procedures on slot machines, amusement devices, dispensers, and ATMs.
