Job summary

Accel Entertainment, Inc. is seeking Technicians for field service across Chicago and surrounding suburbs. You will maintain and repair gaming devices, ATMs, and amusement equipment, with company vehicle and fuel card provided.

Positions are full-time, 40 hours per week, with weekend availability and shift differentials. Base pay ranges from $18 to $30 per hour, depending on experience, plus competitive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Terminal Handler's License – costs covered by company.
• Experience preferred in ATM, amusement, gaming or electronic/mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow written or verbal instruction.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Frequently required to lift/push weights up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and troubleshoot service calls for equipment repairs in a timely manner.
• Interact with clerks, restaurant staff, management, and customers to solve issues as they arise.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Manage inventory to ensure parts are available when repairs are needed.
• Complete all necessary documentation for device entry and logs.
• Perform auditing procedures on slot machines, amusement devices, dispensers, and ATMs.
