Job summary

Accel Entertainment, Inc. is hiring a Field Service Technician to service gaming devices, ATMs, and amusement equipment across Champaign, IL and surrounding areas.

The role involves loading/unloading supplies, conducting repairs, and providing excellent customer service in bars, restaurants, and similar venues. The position offers 40 hours per week with 4 ten-hour shifts (3:30pm–2am, Wed–Sat), a company vehicle and fuel card, and benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Great customer service is essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are required.
• Computer literacy is helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and troubleshoot service calls for gaming devices, ATMs, and related equipment.
• Interact with clerks, restaurant staff, management, and customers to resolve issues.
• Provide exemplary customer service and maintain professional conduct in the field.
• Manage inventory to ensure parts are available when repairs are needed.
• Complete all necessary documentation for device entry and logs.
• Perform auditing procedures on slot machines, amusement devices, dispensers, and ATMs.
