GF is seeking a skilled electronics technician to repair, test, and calibrate Fusion Joining Machines and related electronic components. You will troubleshoot, document repairs, and provide technical support to customers to ensure quality service.

Responsibilities include maintaining machine history records, communicating with supervisors, and visiting customer sites as needed. Travel domestically or internationally may be required.

• Performs all operations according to prescribed safety principles.

Aufgaben

• Repair, modify, assemble and calibrate all types of Fusion Joining Machines.
• Ensure proper working welding equipment is shipped to customers.
• Provide technical support via telephone to customers.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot the machine and advise on repairs or part replacement.
• Control and adjust mechanical alignments; recalibrate as needed.
• Complete work orders and document parts used from stock.
• Maintain machine history files and reports.
