Job summary

Mainspring Energy, Inc is seeking mechanically inclined individuals to join our growing Field Service team in Menlo Park, CA. You will perform planned and reactive service operations on our generators, ensuring uptime and performance at customer sites and will train at headquarters.

The role requires travel within a designated region, with ample growth opportunities and full benefits including vacation and sick time, 401K, and pre-IPO stock options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with mechanical assembly or repair.
• Experience with precision measuring using micrometers, bore gauges, and gauge blocks.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and wear PPE.
• Valid driver's license; Class A CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mechanically repair and maintain components and assemblies to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers to fix, repair, and redesign components.
• Conduct mechanical inspections and document condition information for debugging or troubleshooting.
• Be available for rotational on-call shifts to support customers.
• Nationwide expansion with potential relocation after training in headquarters.
