Plug Power Inc. in Clarksville, AR is seeking a Field Service Technician to support fuel cell products in electric lift trucks. You will perform preventative maintenance, resolve breakdowns, install and service fuel cells at a specific site, and report issues promptly.

The role emphasizes strong technical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with on-site travel and safety adherence. Tools are provided; pay rate ranges from $24.50 to $28.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with technical electrical coursework.
• Three or more years of direct experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Formal training and education may be considered in lieu of direct experience.
• Must possess a valid driver license and safe driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Knowledge of lift truck operation and applications preferred.
• Computer skills include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and service of fuel cells at customer sites.
• Diagnostics, troubleshooting, and evaluations to maintain the fleet at a location.
• Field retrofits and software/hardware upgrades to existing fuel cells.
• Provide on-call and emergency support service as required.
• Order parts and tools for service and support as required.
• Travel as required for business needs; drive safely and obey traffic laws.
• Represent Plug Power professionally in all interactions.
• Complete administrative duties and documentation such as incident reports and service logs.
