ProLift Toyota Material Handling Service Team seeks an experienced Shop Service Technician to maintain and repair forklifts at customer sites. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and document service activities, delivering world-class service and representing ProLift professionally.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience repairing industrial equipment or related machinery.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Experience with diagnostic software preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electric and internal combustion forklifts.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, engine, drivetrain, and electronic systems.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Utilize manufacturer diagnostic software.
• Complete accurate service documentation.
• Recommend repairs to improve uptime and reliability.
• Maintain bay, tools, and inventory.
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing ProLift.
