Job summary

Total Foodservice Group (TFG) is hiring a Field Service Technician for Lafayette, LA. You will diagnose, repair, and optimize foodservice equipment at customer sites, ensuring peak performance and customer satisfaction. Expect on-site repairs, documentation, and active customer communication.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal Certification is required.
• Valid driver s license required.
• Must be over 21 years of age to operate company vehicles.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional refrigeration tech credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Installations and repairs of restaurant kitchen equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues on-site.
• Fabricate, mount, and connect components to complete installations.
• Document repairs and service records accurately.
• Maintain professional image with customers and the company.
• Travel within Lafayette, LA area and surrounding regions for field service.
