Job summary

TriMark USA, LLC in Minnesota is seeking a Service Technician responsible for on-site service, repair, and installation of commercial kitchen equipment. You will interact with customers, troubleshoot, and work independently on a field-based schedule.

Located in Rogers, Saint Paul, or Minneapolis, this full-time role includes on-call rotation, on-site safety, and opportunities for EPA certification sponsorship and tuition reimbursement to advance to a Senior Technician.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in commercial installation and/or service and repair of foodservice equipment.
• EPA certifications of Level 1 & 2 preferred; universal a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide intermediate on-site repair and maintenance of standard kitchen equipment and simple ice machines on full on-call rotation.
• Perform intermediate troubleshooting and test tasks; survey safety devices and equipment.
• Manage and retain proper equipment, parts inventory, and tools on service vehicle; operate independently.
• Provide professional service reports via assigned tablet and communicate with Senior Service Techs as needed.
• Assist in other duties and maintain safety and compliance.
