Qualifications

• Associate: entry-level with mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Service Technician: 1–2 years servicing or installing commercial kitchen equipment.
• Senior Technician: 3+ years leading complex installations and mentoring others.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for training.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install commercial kitchen equipment across refrigeration, cooking, and dishwashing systems.
• Lead installations, conduct maintenance, and ensure equipment runs smoothly.
• Document work orders and service reports using the company tablet.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
