Job summary

Culinary Sciences, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, startup, and service our new technology commercial food equipment at customer sites in Phoenix, AZ. You will troubleshoot, train customer teams, and document repairs while coordinating with factory and office support.

The role involves regional travel to support installations and ongoing maintenance. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical skills, can read schematics, and holds a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience with field service or engineering in industrial equipment.
• Experience in food processing or commercial kitchens is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, start up, and commission systems at customer sites; perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and control issues using schematics and drawings.
• Train customer teams on operation and maintenance and update them on issue resolutions.
• Document findings, repairs, parts used, expenses, and next steps; follow safety procedures.
• Provide field feedback to Engineering to improve equipment reliability and customer experience.
