Job summary

Culinary Sciences, Inc. designs and manufactures PrecisionVac systems for high-volume kitchens. The role involves installing, starting up, and commissioning equipment at customer sites, with regional travel and occasional overnight trips.

You'll work with refrigeration, electronics, motors, valves, and vacuum systems in the field. You will troubleshoot, train customer teams, document repairs and parts, and provide feedback to Engineering to improve reliability and the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with schematics literacy.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift or move equipment.
• EPA 608 certification preferred; field-service experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Install, start up, and commission systems at customer sites; perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and control issues using schematics and drawings.
• Train customer teams on operation and maintenance and document findings and next steps.
• Document repairs, parts used, expenses, and safety compliance; communicate with engineering.
• Provide field feedback to improve equipment reliability and customer experience.
