Field Service Technician (Jacksonville, FL)

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to service truck-mounted equipment for our customers in Florida. This remote position reports to the Regional Field Service Manager.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform field repairs and troubleshooting of articulating cranes, truck-mounted forklifts, conveyors, trucks, and trailers.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, annual DOT inspections, and warranty service per customer schedules.
• Provide troubleshooting and repairs during scheduled and unscheduled hours.
• Communicate mechanical issues and necessary repairs to the job site and fleet managers.
• Ensure timely service documentation, including estimates, work orders, parts, labor, and inventory records.
• Comply with safety regulations at the state and federal levels.
• Maintain clean and organized company vehicle, equipment, and work areas.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, electrical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and welding skills, with 3+ years of experience or training in articulating cranes and forklifts.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 75+ lbs for extended periods.
• Valid CDL driver’s license or willingness to obtain one within 60 days, with a clean driving record.
• Own tools required for the job.
