Job summary

Loyal Source offers a Service Technician role in Reno, Nevada to install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain fire alarm and security systems. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, and comfortable working independently in the field.

The position pays $30/hour, with a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and paid holidays. Prior experience with Edwards, Bosch, DMP, Genetec, or Silent Knight systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience servicing fire and security systems.
• Experience with Edwards, Bosch, DMP, Genetec, and Silent Knight systems preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, wiring diagrams, and system schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain fire alarm and security systems.
• Work in the field with a strong emphasis on safety and attention to detail.
• Operate independently in the field to support mission-critical operations.
