Job summary

BAUER Equipment America, a subsidiary representing BAUER Maschinen GmbH in the USA, seeks a Service Technician for Conroe, Texas. You will handle service requests, diagnose and repair equipment, and support customers on-site or at partner facilities.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or technical education in mechanical/hydraulic/electrical fields, at least 2 years of field service or repair experience, strong English communication, and willingness to travel nationwide or

Qualifications

Must have the ability to diagnose and repair BAUER Equipment at customer sites, facilities or partner locations.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
Valid passport and driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Receive service requests and diagnose/repair BAUER equipment at facilities, customer sites, or partner locations.
Provide technical assistance in person or by phone to BAUER internal and external parties and individuals.
Coordinate service requests with the appropriate Service departments and the corresponding manager/supervisor.
Research and determine spare parts needs and propose spare part packages to customers.
Ensure compliance with BAUER Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards in the field.
