Job summary

Our team at Cencora is seeking a field service professional to provide maintenance and support for Micro Weigh Systems, with travel across the assigned territory including overnight stays. You will work onsite and remotely to install, service, and optimize equipment while ensuring FDA compliance and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have hands-on electrical, plumbing, welding and fabrication skills, plus strong customer service and English proficiency.

Qualifications

Knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, welding and fabrication.
Experience and understanding of feed yard operations helpful.
Ability to read electrical diagrams, setting up computer programs, and following instructions.
Must be able to read and understand English.
Driver’s License and acceptable driving record is required.
Must be able to obtain a health card.
Overnight travel is required.
Must be able to lift 100 lbs

Responsibilities

Build trust and influence with customers as well as sustain and maintain the relationship with integrity and dedication to the customer.
Perform maintenance and support of the Micro Weigh Systems and other technologies.
Optimizing the customer benefit of our systems and solutions.
Troubleshoot issues and problem solving.
Install parts and perform electrical/plumbing/welding work.
Transport equipment to customer sites.
Maintain FDA files and train customers on FDA guidelines.
Educate customers on new products and programs.
