Job summary

Cencora seeks a field service professional to support its Micro Weigh Systems and related technologies across the Dumas, Stratford, and Dalhart regions. You will perform electrical, plumbing, welding, and fabrication tasks, install parts, troubleshoot issues, and train customers on equipment operation and FDA guidelines.

The role requires overnight travel, driving duties, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service while maintaining safety and accuracy in dosage adjustments as

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, welding and fabrication is required.
• Experience with feed yard operations is helpful.
• Experience with power tools and volt meters is required.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams, set up computer programs, and follow instructions.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of computer-based software.
• Must be able to read and understand English.
• Good customer service skills and a sense of urgency are required.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and influence with customers and maintain relationships with integrity and dedication.
• Provide preventative maintenance, onsite and remote service and support of Micro Weigh Systems and related technologies.
• Optimize the customer benefit of our systems and solutions.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Install parts, perform electrical work, plumbing, welding, and fabrication.
• Transport and deliver equipment to customer sites.
• Maintain and adjust dosage for feed additives via Micro Weigh System software per nutritionist/veterinarian specs.
• Run standard operational tests under protocol guidelines and checklists.
• Maintain FDA files for customers and train customers on them.
• Train customer staff on equipment operation and inventory control procedures as well as FDA guidelines.
• Educate customer management about new products and programs to support sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
