Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Service Technician to support the AmerisourceBergen distribution services in the US, focusing on Micro Weigh Systems and related technologies. The role includes on-site maintenance, installation, and customer training across Dumas, Stratford, and Dalhart areas with weekly on-call rotations.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, wiring, fabrication, and ensuring FDA documentation is current. Lifting up to 100 lbs and extensive travel are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, welding and fabrication is required.
• Driver’s license and acceptable driving record required; health card may be necessary.
• Must be able to lift 100 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to read and follow electrical diagrams and computer-based software.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and influence with customers and maintain relationships with integrity.
• Provide preventative maintenance, onsite and remote service and support of Micro Weigh Systems and other technologies.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems; install parts and perform electrical work, plumbing, welding and fabrication.
• Transport and deliver equipment to customer sites and manage inventory control with FDA guidelines.
• Create and update FDA files for customers and train customers on equipment operation and FDA requirements.
• Train customer staff on equipment operation and FDA guidelines; cover on-call weekends and holidays as needed.
• Stay informed about new products and programs to support sales growth.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
