Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Knowledge of construction/building processes.
Strong service orientation and customer focus.
Ability to work with sales and production teams.

Responsibilities

Represent Lumbermen's favorably and build relationships with customers.
Develop and maintain knowledge of products offered.
Assess service/installation needs based on requests.
Complete service/repair/install work timely and cost-effective.
Complete all service documentation accurately and on time.
Communicate effectively with the Service Coordinator.
