Job summary

Tennant Company is hiring a Field Service Technician in the United States (Little Rock area). You will diagnose, repair, and maintain Tennant equipment at customer sites, scheduling service activities and ensuring clear communication with clients.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and at least 3 years' experience with mechanical and electrical systems, plus proficiency with hand and power tools and diagnostic devices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent must be held.
• Valid driver's license and must meet Tennant Company driving policy requirements.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing combustion engines (LP, Diesel, or Gas).
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and resolve complex problems by troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems and combustion engine problems on Tennant products.
• Own your territory and plan daily schedule, including contacting customers to schedule service activities and communicating expectations, timelines, and billing.
• Collaborate with internal partners such as sales, customer service, and field service support to ensure success.
