Job summary

Tennant Company is seeking a Field Service Technician based in the United States (Little Rock, AR) to perform preventive maintenance and repair on Tennant equipment and similar models. Troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems and engines will be routine, with daily route planning to service customer sites.

This role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in engines and electrical/mechanical systems, using

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and meet Tennant Company driving policy requirements.
• At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing engines and mechanical/electrical systems.
• Experience using diagnostic devices and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems on Tennant equipment and similar models.
• Manage territory and plan daily schedule, contacting customers to schedule service and communicate timelines.
• Create and maintain records of service activities and reports; ensure safety protocols and PPE are followed.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, technical assistance and other technicians to support success.
