Job summary

Vertiv Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician to service Small to Medium UPS, Power Distribution Units and Battery systems. You will establish strong customer rapport and work across our Edge market segment including retail and municipal customers.

Role requires on-site service, adherence to safety policies, and timely completion of service reports. Travel is required; a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• ASEET or AMEET preferred; progress towards is acceptable.
• High School or Vocational Diploma required.
• 2–4 years military experience in a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Perform service tasks on UPS, Power Distribution Units & Battery systems as assigned.
• Maintain and deliver on-site and phone assistance to customers; ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Complete administrative tasks and documentation; achieve first-time fix where possible.
