Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: technical school accreditation or skilled trades program.
• 0–2 years of experience may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Install, adjust, maintain, and repair company products at customer sites.
• Clarify issues, determine problems, select and explain solutions, and ensure resolution.
• Ensure installations meet final building documentation and specifications.
• Maintain parts inventory and use a variety of small tools.
• Follow company purchasing procedures.
• Record service/maintenance activities and other tasks as required.
