Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site service tasks for data centers, networks, and industrial environments in the United States. You will provide on-site and remote support, follow safety and quality guidelines, and maintain company vehicles and tools while achieving first-time fix targets.

The role requires travel, strong communication, and the ability to work under supervision or independently after training.

Qualifications

• ASEET/AMEET or progress towards is preferred.
• High School or Vocational School Diploma.
• 2-4 years military experience in a related technical field or 0-2 years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform service tasks as assigned and per company policies and procedures.
• Render on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with Technical Support on issues and guidance.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear PPE per company policy.
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment in good condition.
