Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division in Appleton, WI seeks an Associate Field Service Representative to join our team. The role involves installing, starting up, maintaining and repairing electrical distribution equipment while supporting field service reps and handling warehousing tasks.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or higher, a valid driver’s license, and be able to work in the US with no sponsorship. The position requires travel and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher required.
• Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation offered; 50-mile radius considered.
• Active-Duty Military candidates exempt from geographic area limitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service assistance by installing, starting up, maintaining and repairing equipment.
• Assist with shipping/receiving, warehousing and material handling.
• Prepare materials and tools for job staging; manage stock and special orders.
• Maintain records and data entry for reports; travel within district as needed.
• Adhere to Eaton safety program and company policies.
