Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Field Service Representatives and Operations Coordinators during jobs.
• Prepare detailed reports on service work performed, product performance and warranty liabilities.
• Maintain service equipment and test tools per specifications (EBE, ISO) and keep inventory ready.
• Coordinate with customers, plants, business units and vendors to procure parts and services.
• Assist in basic applications information via phone or on-site consultations; be on-call 24/7.
• Build relationships with customers, service shops, and product units to ensure satisfaction.
• Demonstrate safety consciousness and complete required certifications.
