Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Field Service Representative for the Menomonee Falls, WI area with travel across Wisconsin, North and South Dakota, and Minnesota. The role includes a company vehicle and a guaranteed 40-hour paid week, with an annual salary range of $69,000 to $101,000.

Applicants should have electrical or mechanical experience and be able to work in the US without sponsorship. A bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred; multiple certifications and state licenses

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years electrical/mechanical experience, or trade school with 5+ years in servicing electrical systems.
• Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation; candidates within 75 miles considered; military candidates exempt from area rule.

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned electrical equipment projects and deliver technical solutions to customers.
• Perform complex engineering tasks including testing materials, design, and process studies.
• Generate timely service reports on work, product performance, and warranties.
