The FSR provides hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and operator training for ND Defense vehicle platforms, serving as the liaison to ND Defense engineering and project teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on vehicle maintenance, repair and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams and engineering drawings.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for ND Defense vehicle platforms at customer sites.
• Serve as primary contact between customer and ND Defense teams.
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance and corrective repairs.
• Deliver operator and maintainer training for ND Defense platforms.
• Maintain service records, logs and parts usage reports.
