Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen required.
• Active Secret clearance required; ability to maintain clearance.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of military vehicle maintenance, field service, sustainment, logistics, or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading maintenance teams, field support organizations, or technical support personnel.
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic experience on tactical wheeled or combat vehicle platforms.
• Experience supporting vehicle testing, fielding, sustainment, military maintenance, or modernization programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service operations for a four-person FSR team across OEM and government interfaces.
• Develop staffing plans, site coverage, and daily work assignments.
• Coordinate maintenance activities across multiple test locations to maximize readiness.
• Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and restoration of prototype vehicle systems.
• Support training, publications validation, and parts documentation.
• Maintain records, readiness reports, and KPI tracking.
