Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician IV to perform maintenance, diagnosis, and repair on aerospace and defense systems, including JLTV/Humvee/LTV platforms. This role requires deployment overseas on a 90‑day rotation, 60‑hour weeks, and strict safety/compliance adherence.

You will install, operate, maintain, and modify products, document root causes and actions, travel to customer sites, and train onsite personnel while coordinating with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years of technician experience.
• Ability to interpret moderately complex technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals.
• Advanced troubleshooting techniques.
• Support for computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level maintenance and repairs on complex aerospace and defense systems.
• Diagnose and resolve the most challenging technical issues.
• Experience with JLTV, Humvee, LTV, or other military tactical vehicles.
• Experience supporting vehicle launch, validation, or early production efforts.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of field activities and equipment status.
• Travel extensively to customer sites, potentially including international locations.
