Job summary
Acuative, the nation\'s leading independent provider of telecommunications field services, seeks a Field Service Technician to spend the majority of time covering the (MARKET) area providing installation and maintenance services to voice and data networks, servers, computer systems, retail technology systems, and other network based hardware.

Qualifications
- Associates degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, Cabling, PBX are a plus.
- Selected candidates attend hardware/cabling training at the Global Technology Center in Strongsville, OH.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain networking hardware including routers, switches, and WAPs.
- Install and maintain telephony equipment and circuits.
- Install and support retail technology systems – POS, Digital Signage, Video Surveillance.
- Perform circuit extensions and structured cabling; conduct site surveys/audits.
- Install LEO satellite receivers and Fixed Wireless antennas; manage documentation.
- Maintain company vehicle, inventory and tools; travel to meet SLAs.
