Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; experience in call centers or customer service preferred.
• Must read and interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
• Proficient with SAP, Microsoft Office, and telephone-based support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone and field service.
• Enter claims in SAP and research/order parts.
• Travel on-site for field service repairs and provide customer training.
