Job summary

Ecolab in Orlando, FL is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver high-quality service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution across Institutional segments. You will travel regionally and support customers with safe, reliable operations.

You will manage equipment and parts, document work, and collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a superior customer experience. Training and a company vehicle are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of service-related experience (maintenance, troubleshooting, installation).
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and emergency call coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests and planned/unplanned work orders.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory for a fully stocked vehicle.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate Ecolab's value and strengthen customer relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness.
