Job summary
DNOW is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service during field visits, installations, repairs and maintenance. You will coordinate with scheduling, diagnose issues, and provide detailed work reports while maintaining safety and adherence to procedures.
The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Experience with field automation systems and mobile tools is beneficial and the team supports
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Assembly experience is preferred.
- Able to troubleshoot, test, repair and service equipment.
Responsibilities
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
- Coordinate workflow with scheduling.
- Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine solutions.
- Produce detailed service reports and document processes.
- Operate vehicle safely and use field automation systems.
- Follow all field procedures and cooperate with technical teams.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend solutions.
