Job summary

Sharp Electronics Corporation is seeking a Field Service Representative to manage a Sharp equipment territory, perform installation, maintenance and repair with minimal supervision, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 1-3 years of copier repair or electronic equipment maintenance, a high school diploma, and preferred electronics/electro-mechanical vocational training, plus CompTIA A+ certification. Training and career development are offered as part of SBS.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience copier repair or repair and maintenance of electronic equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent mandatory.
• Technical vocational schooling preferred (electronics or electro-mechanical)
• Must possess CompTIA A+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Independently service and maintain a full territory in the installation, maintenance, and repair of Sharp equipment with minimal supervision.
• Resolves service calls efficiently as trained and within territory.
• Read schematics and perform electrical troubleshooting per manuals and bulletins.
• Maintain inventory control and timely administrative tasks.
• Communicate status to Branch Field Service Manager and collaborate with team to meet service goals.
