Job summary

Join Ecolab as a Field Service Technician in the Los Angeles, CA market. You will deliver reliable service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution for Institutional customers while upholding Ecolab Brand Standards.

You will work in a field-based role with travel across a defined Los Angeles area, receive a company vehicle, and participate in comprehensive benefits from Day 1.

Qualifications

• 2 years of service-related experience, such as maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing equipment.
• Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency call assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems.
• Complete emergency service requests and planned/unplanned work orders.
• Evaluate account conditions and help ensure Ecolab Brand Standards are met.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle and first-time fix rate.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed.
• Communicate Ecolab’s value to customers and strengthen relationships.
• Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness and consistency.
