Ameriserve is seeking a skilled Service Technician to repair and maintain commercial kitchen equipment for restaurants, hotels, and more. The role requires strong troubleshooting, excellent customer service, and a commitment to safety and quality.

You will diagnose, repair, and service ovens, walk-ins, dish machines, fryers, and HVAC systems, with travel to client sites across the region. A valid driver's license and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree or certification preferred.
• 2–5 years' experience repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• EPA 608, CFESA certifications preferred; background/drug screening required.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, walk-ins, dish machines, fryers, mixers, tilt skillets, HVAC).
• Oversee client support, perform tests on equipment and circuits, and resolve requests promptly.
• Maintain relationships with customers and follow company guidelines.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and gas-related issues in kitchen equipment.
