Job summary

Royal Cup, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain commercial coffee and beverage equipment across our Portland, OR region.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, perform preventative maintenance, and complete service documentation while delivering exceptional customer service. Travel may be required, including overnight stays, to support client accounts and new installations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on service experience with commercial beverage equipment.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to read schematics and manuals.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
• Pre-employment process must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot beverage equipment at customer locations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and QA tests to minimize downtime.
• Manage service documentation, including work orders and invoices.
• Engage with customers to upsell and grow accounts.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
