Job summary

Caffeinated Coffee Repairs is hiring a Service Technician to service commercial coffee equipment across the South-Central US. You’ll perform field service calls at cafes and hotels, diagnose and repair espresso machines, brewers, grinders, and water systems, and document findings clearly for customers.

We provide company support, a training path, and a company vehicle after training. You’ll work from home with remote scheduling, and enjoy growth opportunities in a high-demand skilled trade.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on repair experience is expected.
• No formal degree is required, but familiarity with a multimeter is emphasized.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Smartphone that can run required apps is necessary.
• Secure address for parts deliveries via FedEx/UPS is required.

Responsibilities

• Two to three field service calls per day at cafes, hotels, and hospitality accounts.
• Take voltage, resistance, capacitance readings with a multimeter.
• Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Identify outlet configurations and plumbing thread types; fabricate adapters as needed.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment with attention to detail.
• Locate correct part numbers using diagrams and documentation.
• Write thorough service notes with clear, professional language.
• Organize tasks using ServiceTitan; translate findings for customers.
• Taste coffee after repairs to verify proper machine output.
