Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in CNC field service.
• Hands-on knowledge of Fanuc controls (CNC programming a plus).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair CNC milling and turning machines at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems including TCPs, chucks, spindles, and hydraulics/pneumatics.
• Read mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and ladder diagrams to guide repairs.
• Provide professional customer service and clear communication on diagnoses and repairs.
