The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of CNC/machining experience, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and the ability to read ladder diagrams. Travel, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical, mechanical, and automation expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines.
• Replace components such as ball screws, motors, and cartridge spindles.
• Use ladder logic and diagnostics across control systems.
• Provide phone-based technical support for troubleshooting.
• Align and adjust tooling.
• Repair spindle bearings.
• Align and interface bar feed units.
• Perform first-part runoffs to ensure machine acceptance.
• Travel to customer sites for equipment repair, installation, and troubleshooting.
